Description
Very heavy solid bronze mortar dated 1607.HEINRICK TER HERST etched along top band.
Two handles - appears to have a snake motif, but smoothed out over the years.
Flemish Baroque style.
Wear consistent with age.
No markings on bottoms.
Top rim: 7"
Height: 5"
Width (handle to handle): 7"
Bottom is not completely flat - there is some wobble.
