Antique BNA "Price Medal" Needle Case, cardboard, w steel hand sewing needles

Antique BNA Price Medal Needle Case w needles, cardboard.
Unique: I was not able to find anything similar online or in collector books.
The cylindrical case measures 3 inches long x 5/16 inches wide, when closed.
and has a printed label
The label reads: 25...BNA...Price Medal...Needles...of...every description...assd
The case has a basket weave texture
The needles are all different: some sharps and some w rounded tips, for yarn.
There are 25 needles in the case- long, short, large eyes and tiny eyes.
CONDITION: The label is in very good to excellent condition.
There are holes in both ends of the case probably from needle punctures.
Many of the needles are rusted.
