    Description

Lovely Antique Pierced Bone Needle Case
    English * Circa 1840
This early Victorian antique needle case is carved of very clean bone* with a variety of pierced flower and leaf designs all around. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or loss, unusual for these delicately carved pieces.
It has a lovely old patina and
measures 3 1/4" long. The top and bottom have turned finials and it screws together perfectly. It was bought in England.
*This item is made of bone from a domestic cow (bovine) and not from an endangered species.
I stand behind everything that I offer and
    guarantee
that it is exactly as presented.
** Full Insurance is included in the low shipping price for all of my auctions. **
